Section 3(iv) in The Orissa Press Accreditation (Constitution of the Orissa Press Accreditation Committee and Grant of Accreditation) Rules, 1994
(iv)"Director" means the Director of Information and Public Relations of the Government of Orissa in the Department of Information and Public Relations and shall include any Officer of the State Government who has been authorised to discharge any or all the duties, functions and responsibilities of the Director of Information and Public Relations;
