Section 6(1) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(1)The Deputy Inspector-General shall be the Head of Office of the Office of the Inspector General of Prisons within the meaning of the Delegation of Financial Power Rules.
