Section 416 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
416. Precaution for public safety to be taken by persons to whom permission is granted.
- Every person to whom permission is granted under Section 415 shall at his own expense cause the place where the soil or pavement has been opened or broken up or where he has deposited building materials, or set up any scaffold, erection or other things, to be properly fenced, and guarded, and in ail cases in which the same is necessary to prevent accidents, shall cause such places to be well lighted during the night.
