Section 12(1) in The Bharat Hydro Power Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1996
(1)The net amount due to the company under this Act shall be paid by the State Government within six months from the date of receipt of assessment report from the Commission under sub-section (4) of Section 14.
