1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the default has been removed on 04.12.2018.
2. Petitioner has prayed for inclusion of his name in the voters list prepared for the Chhattisgarh Assembly Election, 2018.
3. The election having already taken place, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
4. Petitioner's prayer for inclusion of his name shall be considered on a representation filed by him whenever revision of electoral roll takes place for the ensuing parliamentary election.
