43. Power to make rules.
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act.(2)Every rule made under this Act shall as soon as after it is made he laid before Vidhan Sabha.[Substituted by M.P. Act No. 12 of 2003.]
