Section 57 in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
57. Funds not to be utilized for certain proceedings filed or taken by or against officer in personal capacity.
- Any expenditure incurred from the funds of the society for the purpose of any proceedings filed or taken by or against any officer of the society in the matter of elections to the board of directors or misfeasance proceedings shall be recoverable from the said officer by the society if the proceedings are decided against him.Chapter-VII Management of Societies
