Section 18(7)(i) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974

(i)When an employee joins the new post without availing of the full joining time, the number of days of joining time, as admissible in sub-regulation (5) subject to the maximum of 15 days, reduced by the number of days actually availed of, shall be credited to his leave account as privilege leave.
