ORDER :

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the order dated 16.03.2018 in E.A.No.5 of 2018 in C.C.No.639 of 2007 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Sri Koneti Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed before the Court a docket order dated 26.04.2018 in E.A.No.5 of 2018 passed by respondent No.2, which reads as under:

"In view of the observations made in the operative portion in FA.No.1352/2008 the part of obligation of the petitioner/ complainant not complied by depositing Rs.2,80,000/- before the Forum to prove her bonafides.
With the above observation the E.A. is closed with a liberty to file fresh E.A., if in case the petitioner complies her part of obligation as per the observations of Hon'ble State Commission in FA.No.1352/2008.
Hence this E.A. is closed. NBWs recalled."

In view of the above docket order passed by respondent No.2, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14254 of 2018 As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition as infructuous, interim order passed by this Court on 25.04.2018 is vacated and I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand closed.
