Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent.

Appeal is filed against acquittal, injured of the case have resolved their grievances. A compromise to the above effect is filed in the case. Taking that into view, learned A.P.P. is not in a position to make any submission that observation of the trial Court is in any way incorrect.

Accordingly, this Government Appeal is dismissed.
