FACTS
Vide RTI dt 20.12.10, appellant had sought reason for rejection in the interview held on 3.8.10 for the post of TGT Drawing in KVS. PIO vide letter dt 28.1.11, provided a response.
2. Vide another RTI dt 19.2.11, appellant wanted a photocopy of Paper III. PIO vide letter dt 3.3.11 informed the appellant that there is no provision to provide photocopies of answer booklets.
3. An appeal was filed on 18.3.11.
4. AA vide order dt 6.4.11, upheld the decision of the PIOs and disposed of the appeal.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. The public authority submitted that they have already provided a response in respect of RTI dt 20.12.10. Insofar as her request for photocopy of Paper III is concerned, the KVS has outsourced this work to EDCIL. He will ascertain if the paper is still available with them, it shall be provided to the appellant.
DECISION 1
6. The Commission directs the PIO to provide photocopy of Paper III, if available, within three weeks from date of receipt of the order. If the paper is no longer available, a response should be provided to the appellant.
The appeal is disposed of.
