Section 3(3) in The Orissa Vesting of Properties (in Grama Sasans) Rules, 1965
(3)The notice shall be served in the village by proclamation and by beat of drum and by posting a copy of it in the presence of not less than two persons belonging to the village, to some conspicuous place in the village.
