Section 13(1) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994
(1)A student enlisted with the Council may be admitted to the final examination in the Faculty and subjects with which he has been enlisted and in which he has qualified for appearing at the examination, on payment of prescribed fee.
