7E. Certain Acts not to apply to trust property of which Court takes charge.
- Nothing in the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, the Official Trustees Act, 1913, the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 or the Charitable and Religious Trusts Act, 1920 shall apply to any trust property of which charge has been taken by the Court of Wards as the trustees of such trust of property.]
