Section 17(1) in The Assam District and Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Services Rules, 1987
(1)The recruitment and conditions of service of the members of the Ministerial staff in the establishment of the Special Judge will be regulated mutatis-mutandis in accordance with these rules.
