Section 11(2) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(2)The market committee shall, in the case of any officer or servant of Government whom it employees, pay such pension contribution, gratuity or leave allowance as may be required by the conditions of his service under the State Government for the time being in force.
