Section 47(4) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(4)In case the Commission acts as the arbitrator the procedure for adjudication and settlement to be followed shall be as far as possible the same as in the case of hearing before the Commission provided for in Chapter II above.
