The office report shows that as per report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur dated 19.07.2021, sole appellant Ram Sajan is reported to be no more, as such, the appeal stands abated.
The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as abated.
Perusal of judgment and order dated 16.01.2014 passed by learned Special Judge C.B.I., Room No. 4, Lucknow in Criminal Case No. 04 of 1996 shows that apart from accused Ram Sajan, other co-accused persons namely, Gyan Prakash was also convicted.
Office is directed to trace out the appeal of other co-accused persons, if any, and place the order of this Court in the appeal of other convicted co-accused persons.
