1) After hearing the parties, this Interlocutory Application filed for correcting the name of respondent No.1 is allowed.

2) Necessary amendment shall be carried out in red ink during course of the day.

1) Counsel for both sides submitted that as one S.L.P. being S.L.P. (Civil) No.18316/2006 dated 2nd November, 2011 has already been decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and another similarly situated Letters Patent Appeal being L.P.A. No.291 of 2006 has been decided by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court and they are satisfied with the said orders, hence, this Letters Patent Appeal may be disposed of as being infructuous.

2) In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as being infructuous.

3) Photocopies of the orders passed in the aforesaid S.L.P. (Civil No.18316/2006 as well as L.P.A. No.291 of 2006 are taken on record.
