Section 4(2) in The Maharashtra Tapi Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1997

(2)The term of office of the nominated members shall be for a period of one year unless terminated earlier by the State Government:Provided that, the members of the Maharashtra State Legislature shall cease to be the member of the Corporation if they cease to be members of the Maharashtra State Legislature.
