Section 35 in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
35. Guarantee by Government of loans.
- The Government may guarantee in such manner as it thinks fit, the payment of the principal and interest of any loans proposed to be raised by the Board in regard to the investigation, preparation or execution of schemes made under this Act.
