(2)Where the person to whom possession of any such property is to be delivered cannot be found or has no agent or other person empowered to accept delivery on his behalf, the State Government shall cause to be published in the official Gazette a notice declaring that the property is released from requisition and in the case of any immovable property, the State Government shall also cause a copy thereof to be affixed, on some conspicious part of such property.
