(f)ensuring necessary assistance to the [Harijan and Tribal Welfare] [Substituted by Orissa Act 18 of 1988.] Department and the Commissioner for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the investigation of complaints received from organisations or individuals belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
