Section 165(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)An appeal under Section 72 or an application under Section 73 shall be presented in writing to the Registrar of the District, or to the Officer-in-charge of the Registrar's Office accompanied by copy of the refusal order appealed against and the original document in respect of which the order was passed.
