(1)(a)Whereby the making of a housing, improvement or building scheme, any plots comprised in the area included in the scheme are reconstituted or any person is dispossessed, the Board shall, after making such inquiry as it thinks fit, award to the person affected by such reconstitution or dispossession such compensation as it deems reasonable.(b)If the person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Board in the matter, he may inform the Board accordingly within one month.(c)The Board shall within thirty days thereof refer the matter to the Government.
