114. Members, etc., to refrain from taking part at sale.
- No member of a Gram Panchayat or a District Panchayat or any of their officers or officials having any duty to perform in connection with any sale under this Regulation, shall directly or indirectly bid for, or acquire any interest in any property sold at such sale.
