Section 14(3) in Haryana Zila Parishad Primary Education Service Rules, 2003
(3)The Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1966, as amended from time to time and applicable to the State of Haryana shall apply to the members of the Service so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or these rules.
