Section 3(5)(i) in The Assam Elementary Education (Provincialisation) Act, 1974

(i)All teachers appointed by the Regional Boards of Elementary Education taken over by the Government under sub-section (3) shall be entitled to such scales of pay and allowances as admissible to teachers of corresponding rank in the Government institutions.
