Section 4(ii) in Assam Witch Hunting (Prohibition, Prevention and Protection) Act, 2015
(ii)instigates or aids or abets any such acts mentioned in clause (i) above, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three years but can extend up to a term of seven years and with fine, which shall not be less than Rs. 50,000/- but which may extend to Rs. 5,00,000/-.
