206. Power of committee to direct modification of a sanctioned plan of building before its completion.
- If at time before the completion of a building of which the erection has been sanctioned under Section 205 the committee finds that any modification of the sanctioned plan is necessary, the committee may, subject to compensation for any loss to which the owner may be put, direct that the building be modified accordingly.
