Section 74 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
74. Patient to be instructed in methods of prevention of spread of venereal disease.
- Every physician or other person treating, or examining with a view to treating, a person having a venereal disease shall at the first visit -(a)impress upon such person the necessity for treatment until he is cured;(b)instruct him in regard to the measures necessary for preventing the spread of the disease; and(c)furnish him with such other information relating to the disease as may be provided by the Director.
