1. Learned Counsel for the Respondents have handed over a compilation prepared outlining the various categories of the cases.
2. Copies of the same have been handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners today in Court as well.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent/DDA fairly submits that this compilation comprises 21 out of the 40 Writ Petitions pending before this Court. He seeks some time to place on record the details qua the remaining matters as well.
4. Let the needful be done within three weeks with an advance copies to be supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners.
5. Mr. Vivek Kumar Tandon, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, in W.P.(C) 6225/2023 and Ms. Kawalpreet Kaur, learned Counsel for the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 8544/2023 shall examine this compilation in consultation with the learned Counsel for the other Petitioners and finalise and file the same within three weeks thereafter.
6. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent/DDA submits that certain matters form part of this batch of Petitions, where the Appellate Authority had allowed the Appeals of the Petitioners, while the Competent Authority in "IN-SITU" Appeals had rejected the order of the Appellate Authority.
6.1 It is contended on instructions, that the Competent Authority is likely to re-look into those matters. He seeks time to place those details on record by way of an additional affidavit.
6.2 Let the additional affidavit be filed within 4 weeks.
7. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent/DDA states that the Competent Authority has already decided majority of the Appeals filed by CONT.CAS(C) 1246/2023 & connected Page 25 of 26 This is a digitally signed order.
