Section 6(1)(b) in Jharkhand Private Money Lending (Prohibition) Act, 2016

(b)no court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Act except upon-

(i)a police report of the facts which constitute such offence or,

(ii)upon receiving a complain by the person aggrieved.
