Section 24(3) in Kerala Municipality Building Rules, 1999
(3)Every building upto 10 meters in height shall have a minimum front yard of 3 meters depth:Provided that where 3 meters depth cannot be maintained laterally throughout due to the peculiar shape of the plot , it shall suffice if the mean depth is not less than 3.0m with minimum depth at all points not less than 1.80 meters.
