1. By this application the appellant had sought interim suspension of sentence on the ground of medical condition of his daughter.
2. A status report has been filed verifying the fact that the daughter of the appellant has undergone Adeno Tonsillectomy on 19th September, 2022 and was discharged from the hospital on 30th September, 2022.
3. Considering the fact that the surgery has already been performed and the wife of the appellant is there to look after the daughter, this Court finds no ground to grant interim suspension of sentence to the appellant at this stage.
4. Application is dismissed.
