Section 7(2) in The Bombay Money Lenders Act, 1946
(2)[ If the application also contains a request for the grant of a licence to carry on the business of money-lending at any place within the [State] [Sub-section (2) was added, by Bombay 58 of 1948, section 4 (1).], but at a place outside the jurisdiction of the Registrar who granted the licence in respect of the principal place of business of the money-lender, the Registrar shall forward copies of the application and of the licence granted to the Registrar having jurisdiction who may grant a licence on payment of the licence fee provided for in section 6 without making any inquiry in respect of the application.]
