1. This is an application moved on behalf of defendant no. 1 i.e. M/s Liberty Shoes Ltd.

2. Learned counsels for the parties are agreed that although, this application has several prayers, it can be disposed of with the direction for recording of evidence by the Joint Registrar (Judicial). 2.1 It is ordered accordingly.

3. Learned counsels for the parties say that the recording of evidence may proceed from the stage at which it is, presently, positioned.

4. I am informed by Mr. Rajshekhar Rao, who appears on behalf of the plaintiff i.e. M/s Crocs Inc., USA that the evidence of PW-2 and PW-3 has been concluded and that further evidence of PW-1 needs to be recorded.

5. Accordingly, PW-1 is directed to appear before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) on 19.01.2021.

6. The Joint Registrar (Judicial), after recording the evidence of PW-1, will fix a timetable for recording the evidence of the witnesses cited by the defendants.

7. The Joint Registrar (Judicial) will ensure that the cross-examination of the defendants‟ witnesses is concluded by 15.03.2021.

8. The captioned application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
