42. Permanent Endowment Fund.

- The University shall establish a permanent endowment fund of Rs. Two Crore in the from of a Bank Guarantee of a Nationlized Bank Pledged in the name of State Government of Uttraakhand whose tenure shall be five years and after that shall be renewed for five years again.
