(4)The Sponsoring Body shall fulfill the terms and conditions and report compliance to the Government within a period as prescribed from the date of the issue of the Letter of Intent:Provided that Government may further extend the period for a maximum period of one year, if it is satisfied that the Sponsoring Body has taken substantial steps towards setting up of the University.
