66. Mining Plan.
- Any mining operations under a mineral concession granted under these rules shall be undertaken by the mineral concession holder in accordance with a duly approved 'Mining Plan' :Provided that the State Government may exempt certain specified nature of mining activities from the requirements of preparation of a mining plan.
