The notice of election giving the date, place and time of the election shall be displayed in Form 29 in Hindi language and sent to the members of the Project Committee specified in [clauses (i) and (ii) of sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Act] [Substituted by Notification No. 32-1-99-M-XXXI- 384, dated 10-6-2003.] at least two clear days in advance of the date of election of the members under [clauses (i) and (ii) of sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Act] [Substituted by Notification No. 32- 1-99-M-XXX1-384, dated 10-6-2003.], by the Election Officer.
