Section 5 in The Maharashtra Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
5. All questions to be decided by majority at Board meeting.
(1)All questions at a meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes of members present and voting. The voting shall be by raising of hands in favour of the proposal.(2)In case of an equality of votes, the presiding authority shall have a second or casting vote.
