Section 20(3) in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
(3)The functions of Board of Studies for under graduates programs shall be as follows namely:-(i)To review under graduate teaching programme and suggest improvements thereof;(ii)To consider the recommendations of the committee of courses, curricula or similar body, as constituted by the Board of Studies and to place the same before the Academic Council for consideration and approval;(iii)To discharge such other functions as may be assigned to it by the Academic Council or Vice-Chancellor.
