For the inspection of documents or records a separate table should be set apart, which should be kept clear and be so placed as to be in full view of the Record-Keeper. All inspections must be carried out at this table under the supervision of the Record-Keeper or a clerk deputed by him for the purpose.VI - The Destruction of Records
