Section 49(3)(a) in The Prevention Of Terrorism Act, 2002

(a)the reference in sub-section (1) thereof
(i)to the State Government shall be construed as a reference to the Central Government or the State Government,
(ii)to order of the State Government shall be construed as a reference to order of the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be; and
