Section 15 in Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955
15. Society to keep a register of members.
(1)Every society shall have a register of its members wherein the following particulars are entered:-(a)the names and addresses and the occupation, if any, of the members;(b)the date of which each person became a member;(c)the date on which any person ceased to be a member.(2)If default is made in complying with the requirements of this section, the society and every member of the governing body who knowingly and wilfully authorizes or permit the default, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten rupees for every day during which the default continue.
