18. The Chief Finance and Accounts Office.
(1)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor or the Vice-Chancellor in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes,
