Section 7(a) in Bihar Civil Court Staff (Class III and Class IV) Rules, 1992
(a)The District Judge shall notify the vacancies of Class IV employees in the local Employment Exchange and shall notify the same also in the general Notice Boards of the District Head quarters as also Sub-divisional Head quarters, if any.
