Information sought:
1. Provide the date from which the Flexible Complementary Scheme (FCS) is approved to NIC.
2. Provide the date from which NIC is out of (FCS) and Modified Flexible Complementary Scheme (MFCS).
3. Provide the copy of the proposals submitted by NIC as well as DeitY to the DOPT and concerns, for the approval of Modified Flexible Complementary Scheme (MFCS) to NIC.
4. Provide the copy of the approval of the MFCS to NIC.
5. Provide the name and copy of the rules for Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/ Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) rules applicable to NIC.
6. Provide the procedure of posting of Director General (DG) of NIC along with the document of approval of the procedure by the competent authority.
7. With reference to RTI No. RTI/NVC/DeitY/2013/01 Dated 11/06/2013 and its replies from NIC and DeitY, As NIC and DeitY are unable to provide copy of financial and administrative approval to the post of Director General of NIC under RTI, considering this provide the grounds with supporting documents of the legal validity of post of Director General, NIC.
8. Provide the latest updated list of all employees of NIC containing, Designation, full Name, employee code, place of posting.
9. Provide list of all the employees promoted after 01 Jan 2012 with details containing designation, full name, employee code, place of posting.Page 1 of 2

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Mr. Vishnu Hari Choudhari through VC Respondent: Mr. Swarup Dutta CPIO, Mr. S. Sukumaran & Mr. R S Rawat.
The appellant stated that he is not satisfied with the reply given by the respondent in response to query 1 to 5. He further stated that the department should give clear information to him. The CPIO stated that they have examined the matter and a revised point wise response will be sent to the appellant.
Decision notice:
The CPIO should furnish point wise response to query 1 to 5 of the appellant's RTI application dated 20/03/2014 to him, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
