Section 128(3) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995
(3)Upon compliance with the provisions of the foregoing rules, the Election Court shall proceed to inquire into the petition. Where more election petitions than one are presented in respect of the same election, they may be tried individually or in one or more groups as the District Judge deems fit.
